Andrew's first exposure to professional project management occurred as an MBA student at Wake Forest University. There he learned important lessons in project management during intense case work study with one of the subject matter's preeminent experts and authors, Jack Meredith. Professor Meredith's famous text book Project Management, A Managerial Approach is a bible of PM knowledge and draws upon many of Meredith's accomplishments as an astro-dynamicist working on NASA's Apollo and Viking Lunar Space Programs for the Douglas Aircraft Company. Meredith's book also makes important contributions to many sections of the Project Management Institute's Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK), the cornerstone collection of PM information associated with the Project Manager Professional certification.

This academic experience has allowed Andrew to successfully manage a series of real world project management efforts at Verizon Communications, Northern Telecom and the Manpower Group. Successful applications of formal PM principles has also allowed Andrew to succeed in a number commercial and residential investments.

Andrew received a BA from Kenyon College, an MBA from Wake Forest University and earned a PMP in 2012. Andrew values time spent with his family, sweating on his Peloton bike and collecting model ships and trains with his son James.
